The Grant Thornton Brazil had continuously increased their training program in 2015.
This year, there was 130 in-class programmes, and more than 300 videocasts through LMS – more than 14,000 hours of shared knowledge.
This amount is three-times higher than 2014, and the firm’s goal is to have a even higher amount until the end of the year. “One of the most relevant request on our People Survey in 2014 was the necessity of increase our training programs. That is why we focused on it, to have a boost in our trainings compared to last year” says Antoniel Silva, People and Culture Partner of GT Brazil.
